THIS Weekend & Next: ArTrails! (Oct. 11, 12, 18, 19)
Where does the time go? Well, in any case, another Open Studio event has rolled around--and another chance for you to drop by, visit, and see what we've been up to.
For the first time in a while, I've been inspired to do a small series of new fruit paintings. I love to see the pears, quince, pomegranates and gourds becoming ripe. These, quince from neighbor Sara's trees.
Below, a more abstract-leaning corner.
And here's a busy corner from over on Tony's side. The title of this piece (in progress) "In the Season of the Old Me" comes from a song lyric.

Grandaddy?
It's funny you posted the link to Beatriz Milhaz, because your work has always reminded me of hers.
